As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, many of us are reminded of the importance of giving back to our communities and showing gratitude for all that we have. This sentiment was at the forefront of the East Passyunk Crossing (EPX) Civic Association’s recent Thanksgiving drive. Thanks to generous donations and dedicated volunteers, the EPX Civic Association was able to provide Thanksgiving sides to 25 deserving families in the community, to be paired with turkeys from the East Passyunk Community Center (EPCC). This heartwarming initiative truly embodies the spirit of the season and highlights the power of coming together to spread kindness and gratitude.
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to forget the true meaning of Thanksgiving – a time for gratitude, generosity, and community.
